Truncated Rhombohedron

I’m particularly obsessed with Dürer’s solid as there’s so many different views and aspects to the shape. I wanted to connect the two shapes somehow and played around a lot with ideas for this one. Eventually, this was the outcome which reminds me of some sort of 80’s Casio watch or Blade Runner.

The use of red and cyan created the happy accident of making this piece 3D when used with 3D glasses. Result!
