Detritus III

i had a period where for some reason I started collecting vacuum hoses and parts that were left on the streets and wanted to incorporate them into my work somehow. I was given this slice of an old radiator and could see its potential for a wall lamp.

I also don't know why I went for a 1980's style with this lamp. Once again, I illustrated as i felt the style replicated the graphics of the time. I am unsure now though if the fusion of my illustration and sculpture works.
